We've been in the direct-to-consumer business now for nearly 15 years, and the future is bright. Not only because we have an amazing team of individuals and leaders with decades of experience, but because at Caliber, we never stop innovating.

We will not allow our reps to be pigeonholed into selling one thing.

But, wait. Before we can tell you where we're going, you have to know where we've been.

In 2012 DISH Network was looking for a new face-to-face marketing arm. They saw our company, then called Dish One, and liked the way we did things. That same year they became the majority owner of our operation. Giving up the majority stake in our company was a really difficult thing for us to go through, but a good thing nonetheless. Having experienced that we've been through difficult things, and we've been able to grow tremendously.

However, we knew that if we wanted to take our organization to the next level we needed to get the majority ownership back. The reason being was that because what was ultimately best for DISH wasn't what was best for our sales reps.

That's why we re-branded as Caliber.
