Yo peeps, it is freaking Friday! Time to dominate it. I wanted to change things up a little bit today. Have a few things on my mind and want to share them. One, quite often, I get reply emails from some of you that talk about how the blog for that day affected you directly for one reason or another. I really enjoy getting those.

These reply emails are a huge part of what motivates me to keep doing this. From now on, I am going to add reply emails to the bottom of my next days’ blog. So feel free to send me how specifically the blogs are helping you become a better person, or how they hit close to home. I think it would be awesome for the others to get to hear your stories as well. We can keep the story anonymous if you would like. But I still want to share them.

Two, I watched a Facebook video today that told a story of a man that was on a flight and he noticed a lady had her children with her and she couldn’t get her baby to stop crying. He could tell she was growing more and more stressed. He approached her and said, “Hey, I noticed you are having trouble with your kids. I am a dad too, so I know how it goes. Can I help you with your screaming baby?” She gave the man her baby and he was able to calm the baby down and help the mother. I tell that story because right now we are in the middle of learning about happiness and I am a true believer that a huge part of happiness comes from giving of ourselves. Actually looking for ways to serve other people.

I want you to take a second and think of the people in your life or that have been in your life, that are truly happy. Why were they or are they so happy? What is the difference, maker? As I scale back through those that have blessed me with their continual positive attitudes and zest for life, I notice that each one of them loved to take care of the people they loved. They would take the shirt off their back if they had to. They worked hard and tried sincerely to make sure they had balance. They were constantly humbling themselves to try and become a better person. They were always thankful but never satisfied. Do you want to be happy? Serve. Do you want to be happy? Have purpose. Do you want to be happy? Work hard. Life is good people. Embrace it! Love it! Dominate it!

Yours truly,

Couldn’t be more grateful, Cram
