It is Thursday and it has got to feel good to be alive. Today we talk about the V in S.A.V.E.R.S. As I have said in previous blogs, I believe that this principle is an extremely lost art in today’s society. it took me a while to grasp this concept and the power of it. But now that I am learning the real way to do it, it is probably the most powerful part of my morning.

Visualization – “Ordinary people believe in the possible. Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable, but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible.”

Visualization refers to the practice of seeking to generate positive results in your outer world by using your imagination to create mental pictures of specific behaviors and outcomes occurring in your life.

This is basically the process of deciding what you want, and visualizing it over and over again as if it is already happening. Rehearsing in your mind all the emotions you will have while it is happening and when it is finished.

“Most people are limited by the visions of their past, replaying previous failures and heartbreaks.” Creative visualization allows you to design the life that you want. Now this concept might sound cuckoo to some of you. If it does, call me, and it will take me 2 minutes to tell you how it has changed my life. IT FREAKING WORKS! You just have to have the discipline to do it. Here are 2 easy steps to follow:

  1. Get ready – Make sure you are sitting up in a chair, couch, or the floor. Then close your eyes and breath deeply for a minute.
  2. Visualize what you really want – Many people don’t feel comfortable visualizing success and are even scared to succeed. This was me when I first started. I did not feel like someone could be worthy enough to visualize their perfect life. But I was wrong. What do you really want? How soon do you want it? Who do want to be a part of your life? How much money do you want to make? What do you want to do with that money when you make it? How do you want to look and feel physically? And the list goes on.

I am just going to say it once again; visualization is one of those things that you really have to focus in on. You have to get yourself in the right state of mind to visualize. But it is one of the most powerful concepts that I have ever come across. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I have walked through a result 1000 times in my mind before I am living it. Create the life that you want. Be the person you want to be. Have the fun you want to have. And believe it first.
