Yes, today is Tuesday! Statistics show that more people engage in taking over the world on a Tuesday than any other day of the week. Get it! Today, we continue to talk about the questions you should be asking yourself when it comes to knowing your passion and your purpose.

  1. Do You Know What to Do So You Can Do What You Want to Do? To move from what you are doing now to what you want to do is a process. Do you know what it will take?

Firstly, you have to be aware that there needs to be change. Take a second and think of where you are in life right now. Then picture where you want to be. Does there need to be change?

Secondly, it’s time to take action. Once you know there needs to be change, then next, you start to make decisions that push you in that direction. If you want to be thinner, start eating better and exercising more. If you want to be smarter, start to study and educate yourself more. If you want to be a better parent, read books on how to be a better parent and then spend more time with your kids. You cannot win unless you begin!

The people who get ahead in life are the ones who look for circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, they make them.

Thirdly, few things prompt a person to follow through like accountability. Make your goals public. When you tell others what you want to do, then it puts pressure on you to keep working at it. Writing down your goals every day is another form of accountability.

Finally, if you become aware of the steps you must take, and you take action, all while holding yourself accountable, the circumstances you want in life will start to come your way.

  1. Do You Know People Who Do What You’d Like to Do? One of the greatest ways to grow is to find people who are ahead of where you want to be and follow them.

Get committed- find a way to get time with people you want to become

Be creative- meet every month with someone who can teach you

Be purposeful- be prepared for the meeting and take notes

Be reflective- spend the appropriate time putting a plan in place to implement what you learned

Be grateful- make sure you always let them know how grateful you are for their time

The path to becoming who you want to become should not be taken alone. Use the knowledge and strength of others to increase yours. Then…give back! Take care of others like you have been taken care of. That is the law of the land. Gaining prosperity through sharing it.

Life is good when you share

Yours truly,

Trying to give back, Cram
