Yo good peeps!  I am back on a plane and headed home to beautiful, sunny, Utah.  Haha.  Good crap!  Who brought the snow?  We are back in action with the book, “Intentional Living”.  Today John C starts to talk about believing big.  “If you don’t believe you can make a difference, guess what?  You won’t.”  No matter how talented you are and how many opportunities you receive, if you don’t believe at a high level, you won’t succeed at a high level.  I was very fortunate that I had parents that taught me that value of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.  Because of that, I have always been very confident in my abilities.  My belief in myself encouraged me when I needed it the most.  “The most important voice I listen to, the one I hear the most often and I give the most weight to, is my own.”

Along with believing in ourselves, we must believe in life’s mission as well.  How do you discover your mission?  Start moving forward.  Start living intentionally.  You are supposed to leave footprints in the sand.  No butt prints.  “You can not analyze what you don’t know.”  Some of you might think that you have to be leading a mission to have a purpose.  This is not necessarily true.  I really like what he says.  “If you don’t feel like you have a compelling mission, you can buy into somebody else’s cause, make it your own, and still make a difference.”  Don’t think that you need the whole picture early in your journey.  Act on your feelings of compassion.  Peter Senge once said, “Mission instills the passion and the patience for the long journey.  It also gives the impetus to get started.”

As I have grown and evolved personally, so has my purpose too.  The more I reach out to try to effect change in the lives of others, the stronger my purpose becomes as well.  If you want to find out why specifically God put you here on the earth; start to move.  Start to create.  Start to improve.  Start to dominate.

Yours truly,
On the mo freakin move, Cram
