Today is Friday! Hell to the yes! I can’t think of a better day to absolutely dominate! Get em! I am feeling in the mood to go off the cuff. Life is good off the cuff. I spent some time in South Africa a couple weeks ago and while I was there I had some life changing experiences. But I also went a few days without doing my morning routine. And it has taken some major discipline to get back in the swing of things. This is something that everyone of us go through. And that is the discipline to get up and do something special with our lives.
Are you starting your day by hanging onto your bed until the very last moment before you HAVE to get up and go? Do you find yourself in a lull, struggling to grow? Are you having a hard time finding fulfillment in life? Are you having a hard time finding and following through with your purpose? Trust me, most the world suffers from one or more of these things. The problem is that they either don’t care enough to fix it, or they don’t know how to fix it. Well, let me do once again what I have done on countless blogs. Let me get in your face for a bit if I can. It is time to make some moves! It is time to understand that you will continue to live a life of mediocrity and be unfulfilled if you don’t do something about it NOW!
I want you to think of where you stand right now when it comes to daily personal growth. Do you wake up early enough to do each of the following:
1. Spiritually grow and give thanks
2. Write down, talk about, and visualize your goals and your purpose
3. Plan out your day
4. Read or listen to a self-development book
Allow me to change your life for a second. Here is the challenge:
Monday thru Friday for the next 4 weeks, all I am asking is for 2 hours of your time. One hour of which has to be in the morning. Preferably both hours, if possible. But at least one. That hour should consist of the first 4 things from the list above. Don’t miss a day! If you also have time to do #5 in the morning, do it! It’s the best time. If you can’t in the morning, FIND THE TIME to exercise sometime during the day.
Here is the promise:
If you do these things for one month straight, your life will forever be changed. You will wonder to yourself how you went so long without doing this routine. START NOW! DO NOT WAIT! Your life needs it!
